Data controller

Data processed

  • Data you provide voluntarily through the contact form: name, email address, subject and message content.
  • Browsing data: technical logs and IP address, collected automatically by the hosting systems to ensure the site works and is secure.
  • Embedded video data: when you start a video hosted by a third party (YouTube, Vimeo, Bunny.net), your IP address and some technical data are shared with the video provider, according to its own privacy policy.
  • Cookies and similar technologies, described in detail in the Cookie Policy.

Purposes and legal basis

  • Responding to requests sent through the contact form: legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures and the controller’s legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
  • Ensuring the security and operation of the site: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Analytics and marketing cookies: only with the user’s prior consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Recipients and processors

Data may be processed by providers acting as data processors: Resend (sending contact-form emails), Vercel (site hosting and anonymous, cookieless performance and usage metrics), Sanity (content management). Embedded videos are hosted by Google/YouTube, Vimeo and Bunny.net, which process data only when you start playback. If analytics/marketing tools are activated with consent, Google (Analytics) and Meta (Pixel) may be involved.

Transfers outside the EU

Some providers (e.g. Resend, Google, Meta) are based in the United States. Any transfer of data outside the European Economic Area is based on appropriate safeguards, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Data retention

Data sent through the contact form is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up, and in any case no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Technical logs are kept for limited periods for security purposes.

Your rights

As a data subject you may exercise at any time the rights set out in Articles 15–22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, as well as withdrawal of consent.
