My new website is live! Filmmaking and IT together: DaVinci Resolve, technical guides, data recovery, backup and networking. The start of a long journey!
After weeks of work, I can finally announce it: my new website is live!
A more effective user experience, with a refreshed and, I hope, elegant design.
This blog was born from a specific need: to have a personal space where I can talk about my work as a filmmaker, without forgetting my background in IT, which still helps me solve all kinds of problems every day. This site itself is a product of that background: years in which I built up the experience needed to work independently across very different fields.
What I have in mind, for the near future, is to put this know-how at the service of a community: aspiring and experienced filmmakers eager to dig into all the technical aspects of audiovisual production, while keeping a close eye on the fundamentals of IT.
Here you'll find articles on post-production, with a particular focus on DaVinci Resolve, along with technical guides useful both on set and in the studio: data recovery, data management, backup and disaster recovery solutions, networking, artificial intelligence and much more. And why not, a bit of basic programming too, it never hurts.
It's going to be a long journey, all uphill. A real workout for the mind, especially mine!
